How to place an order?

To place your order, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Then proceed to the checkout page where you will need to fill in your personal information and pay for your order.

Was my order placed successfully?

When a customer places an order, it goes through several verification steps to guarantee our customers the highest level of security.

If your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided during checkout. If not, please contact us and we can investigate the issue for you.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

If your order has been successfully sent, verified and processed, you should receive an automatic order confirmation via email.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, we recommend that you contact us so that we can investigate the issue. It is possible that your order has failed.

It is also possible that the email address you gave us is incorrect.

Do you ship to my country?

Although we do our best to guarantee worldwide shipping, our shipping agent does not currently serve the following destinations:

• Argentina

• Bouvet Island

• Christmas Island

• Crimea

• Cuba

• Heard Island

• Iran

• Libya

• McDonald Island

• North Korea

• Somalia

• Sudan

• Syria

• Turkmenistan

Additionally, our delivery agent may not be able to serve certain other countries, cities or regions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Paris Flavor now offers free standard shipping on all purchases.

Although standard shipping is free, you may incur other charges such as, but not limited to, VAT, duties or customs fees, imposed when the package arrives at the destination country.

Is it possible to change my delivery address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

In the event that we are unable to make the address change directly on our system, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our delivery agent to change the delivery address.

In order to help you as quickly as possible, we would be very grateful if you could provide us with the following information:

- Company name,

- First and last name,

- Street name and number,

- Postal code and city,

- Country,

- Phone number and email address.

Please note that this will extend the delivery time; Paris Flavor cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by a request for a change of address by the customer.

Is it possible to modify my order?

Once the order is placed, we cannot modify the items and quantities ordered.

In this case, we suggest you contact us to cancel the erroneous order.

We then recommend that you place a new order on our site for the correct items, at your convenience.

When will I receive my order?

Go to the Shipping & Delivery section at the bottom of our site to get all the information and estimates regarding the shipping and delivery times of your order.

How do I track my order?

Go to the bottom of our site under the heading "Track my order" or click here to be redirected there.

Attention! Tracking information is only available within 3 to 6 business days from the date your order is shipped (depending on the method chosen for delivery)

I only received part of my order!

Orders often arrive in multiple packages so don't worry if everything isn't in the same package.

I haven't received my package yet – what should I do?

If you have received your tracking number, we invite you to contact your La Poste agency directly; they will provide you with more precise information on the progress of your delivery.

If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us and we will investigate the issue immediately.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.

If we cannot process the requested cancellation right away, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our delivery agent to have the package returned to our warehouse.

We will only be able to cancel the order once the package has been returned to our warehouse.

How to use a promo code?

Please go to the checkout, before validating your order, please enter your promo code in the defined box and press apply. Our promo codes have a limited duration.
